Booking & Payment
A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.The remaining balance is due prior to your event unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation of services.
Event Details
The Client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including the date, time, venue, guest count, and setup location. Any changes must be submitted as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

All retainers are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your event, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on availability. If Cloud Bar is unavailable on the requested date, the original retainer will be forfeited.

Cancellations made after final payment has been received may not be eligible for a refund.
Outdoor Events & Weather
For outdoor events, the Client is responsible for providing adequate protection from weather conditions, including rain, excessive wind, and extreme heat. If weather conditions create an unsafe environment or prevent equipment from operating properly, Cloud Bar reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service without refund.
Setup Requirements
The Client agrees to provide:

A safe, level setup area.

Access to a standard electrical outlet within a reasonable distance of the setup location.

Sufficient space for equipment and guest service.

If these requirements cannot be met upon arrival, service may be delayed, modified, or canceled without refund.
Service Time
Service begins and ends at the times outlined in your booking agreement. Additional service time may be available for an additional fee if scheduling permits.
Guest Safety
Cloud Bar proudly offers USDA Certified Organic and dye-free sugar options upon request. However, our products are prepared in environments where allergens may be present. Guests with food allergies or dietary concerns should exercise their own discretion before consuming our products.
Equipment
All equipment remains the property of Cloud Bar. The Client is responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or venue staff due to misuse, negligence, or intentional damage during the event.
Photography
Cloud Bar may photograph or record portions of an event for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing materials, and our website. If you prefer that your event not be photographed, please notify us in writing prior to your event.
Limitation of Liability
Cloud Bar shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, venue restrictions, accidents, illness, or other unforeseen events.
Acceptance
By submitting a booking and paying the required retainer, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
